At the Tyler Childers Official Online Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your merchandise is unworn and unwashed, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once the item is inspected at our warehouse.
